Retention and deletion

Free records expire 90 × 24 hours after their first creation on Qoryvo. The date of the event does not determine expiry. All revisions expire together, even if you corrected the record yesterday.

Expired entries are immediately unavailable to reads, exports, corrections and AI tools. The daily cleanup removes their stored content and linked ledger audit rows. Operational failures can delay physical cleanup; we monitor cleanup completion.

Paid accounts retain available entries for the paid period and a 30-day read/export grace period. Returning to free access permanently removes entries whose original creation was over 90 days ago.

Account deletion immediately disconnects AI and devices. Passkey login can cancel it within 7 days; after that non-financial account data is permanently deleted. Free accounts are not deleted merely for inactivity.
